How can I pay?
We use both Stripe and PayPal as our payment processors, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or you can pay using your PayPal balance.
When will my order ship and when will I receive it?
Orders generally ship within 3 business days. Due to the wide variations on delivery dates, I can not under any circumstances guarantee a specific delivery date. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking and orders over 1lb ship USPS Priority with insurance.
Can you combine my orders or with an Etsy order?
Yes but you have to be quick! I ship many of my orders next day and you must contact me through Etsy to let me know you have placed an order at both locations as soon as the orders have been placed. Once either order ships, shipping will not be refunded.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! We do accept bulk orders. We do not sell wholesale.
How are the design tops made interchangeable?
Top quality 3m Dual Lock is used on both the top design piece and the reel base for a super secure hold. Dual lock works much better that Velcro so you won't be losing your tops. NO magnets are used.
What if my reel breaks?
Well that just stinks! We test reels before they are shipped out but once in awhile a finicky one will appear after shipment. The standard belt, swivel and pinch clip reels qualify for the free replacement warranty. Just send in a photo showing the reel broken to badge@acrystalgarden.com and if you are within the warranty period, a new reel will be sent out to you. After your warranty expires, if your reel breaks, I will still replace it for FREE, you just pay the shipping or it can also be included with your next order. Photos showing the full reel both front and back with the problem shown are required.

Breakaway performance will vary and lanyards will not break away under all conditions. The male/female part pull force specification for flat standard breakaways is 4-10 lb. under test conditions per M-3-QA-0167. A full description of the M-3-QA-0167 test procedure can be provided upon request. Not recommended for use around moving objects or playgrounds. Customers should test the breakaway feature suitability for their use and environment.
