STANDARD REEL REPLACEMENT

Our free replacement guaranty applies to all standard badge reels that use our interchangeable design tops. What fun is it to have a bunch of tops and no reel? String breaks, plastic cracks, wont retract - Replaced! If your order is within the 60 day warranty period, I will replace it for free including shipping. If your reel is out of warranty, I will still replace it for free with your next order, or you just pay shipping. A photo showing the reel broken is required for either situation.

*Offer only applies to standard reels purchased from The Badge Patch (black swivel, black belt, clear swivel, clear belt, clear pinch). Other reels or reels purchased with the permanent option are not included.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns for non-personalized items are accepted if returned within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned in similar packaging and arrive back undamaged. Your refund will be processed as soon as the items arrive back.

Returns for personalized items with names, custom images or photos are not accepted.

Exchanges are not available.

Breakaway performance will vary and lanyards will not break away under all conditions. The male/female part pull force specification for flat standard breakaways is 4-10 lb. under test conditions per M-3-QA-0167. A full description of the M-3-QA-0167 test procedure can be provided upon request. Not recommended for use around moving objects or playgrounds.
